About Me

I once believed cereal was a “health food” and produce with an organic label was a scam. My first corporate job was with a Chemical Company, and I was responsible for two product lines - selling chemical molecules that were used to manufacture agro and consumer products.

My career progressed and I pursued my Master’s Degree in Education. I had a passion to teach. After graduation, I combined my experience in Marketing and Sales with my new degree and worked for a Food Manufacturer, on their Learning and Development Team. I had the unique role to develop employees – at all levels – to be better at their jobs and to improve their interaction with others. After a few years, I left this role to join one of our partner Human Resource Consulting vendors as a Learning and Development Leader. I was responsible for training the consultants that went out into the field to clients. I was the trainer for trainers.

While my career was excelling, what I didn’t realize was my health was declining.

Years of running on coffee and convenience were catching up to me and I received the worst title … Cancer Patient. Clearly not part of my plan. That is when I realized, there was a plan for me and every degree and role I held would be used for something more. I became an avid researcher and wellness advocate.

I graduated as a Health Coach with the Institute for Institute for Integrative Nutrition* and now positively impact and influence busy corporate working women looking to live a whole, balanced, and well life.
