Hi, I'm Amy

I'm an Integrative Health Coach for career-oriented, busy women in search of finding balance in an overworked, stressful, and boundary-blurring world. Remote work and global roles have stretched the window of office hours.

Like many women, I was once in these heels. I had a successful career, climbing the corporate ladder, but I was running on coffee and convenience. I loved my job and it became easy to work late hours and forget to invest time and energy to my personal wellness. After a surprise cancer diagnosis, I was forced to slow down and prioritize my health. Today, I continue to enjoy a successful career, but now with balance. You can have both and I'm here to show you how!


My Approach

Through a supportive coaching environment, I’ll partner with you to discover, refine, and achieve your personal wellness goals. You’re unique and your situation is too, that is why we’ll work together to create a customized approach to food and lifestyle choices that work best for you.

Most approaches to a healthy lifestyle only focus on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of following the latest diet trend or creating lists of food restrictions, we’ll explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes over time. As the changes are made, the pieces accumulate, creating a larger impact with long-term sustainable results.

Each session will leave you feeling encouraged and motivated. In our sessions, we’ll talk about more than food too - seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life that connect to overall wellness. You’ll be carefully guided to make simple, small changes to transform your life.
